Hi! Welcome to my little piece of the internet. My name is Alexandra Warner and I am here to inspire you to become your best self. I want to help you begin your journey to becoming a more balanced and healthier you, on and off the plate.
So, let me tell you a little about me! I am a health and wellness junkie, fitness enthusiast, travel and ocean lover, holistic health coach in training, and thriving on a plant based diet. However, I was not born vegan or with a mindset for eating healthy. Quite honestly, I used to be the pickiest eater out there, completely denying all fruits and veggies and focusing my diet around ice cream, steak, pizza, french fries and my families cultural foods- minus the veggies and fruits of course. It wasn't until I was 12 that my diet took a slight turn- I became pescatarian after watching food inc. only because my mother was doing so.
I have always loved to cook, I would make cupcakes and cakes every week and even ended up making a wedding cake. Moreover, after transitioning to a plant-based diet, my passion for cooking erupted into something that has created so much more for me than I could have ever imagined. I absolutely love creating new recipes, I will buy a bunch of random ingredients and create something I've never had before and I find it so exhilarating and exciting.
